Happy 26th Birthday Olivia!

The teaser trailer for Tron Legacy that debuted in front of Alice in Wonderland this weekend is now online. Watch it here!
Tron Legacy is a 3D high-tech adventure set in a digital world that’s unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges), looks into his father’s disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years. Along with Kevin’s loyal confidant (Olivia Wilde), father and son embark on a life-and-death journey across a visually-stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous.
Directed by Joseph Kosinski, the anticipated film hits 3D theaters and IMAX 3D on December 17.
2010 Vanity Fair Oscar Party
Last night, Olivia Wilde attended the 2010 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Hosted By Graydon Carter in California. She never ceases to amaze me with her red carpet style and last night didn’t disappoint. Olivia dawned a creamy yellow gown with soft ruffles. Her hair was left down in loose curls, while her make-up was kept soft with lightly dusted white eyeshadow and vivid red lips (to match her crimson velvet pumps and clutch). For accessories she wore a bracelet on her right wrist and vintage inspired earrings. This looks was perfectly gorgeous and feminine head to toe.
Inside she was snapped with Maria Bello, who also is with Olivia’s charity Artists for Peace and Justice.

25th Film Independent Spirit Awards
25th Film Independent Spirit Awards were held at LA Live in downtown Los Angeles on March 5, 2010 and Olivia were there, looking so gorgoues in a vintage strapless Ralph Lauren dress and jewelry by Tiffany’s. I love her dress so much!
Olivia and director John Waters presented the award “Someone to Watch Award” to director Kyle Patrick Alvarez.

On March 3rd Olivia attended at the event Vanity Fair And Brioni Host Artists For Peace And Justice, she looked so amazing, her outfit looks great and everything else too. She wore alice + olivia by Stacey Bendet and the black leather skirt by Brioni.
The event were held at Bar Nineteen 12 in Beverly Hills, California and were supporting Haiti relief efforts and aims to build schools and hospitals in the country. Kristen Bell, Ben Stiller, and Gerard Butler among others also attended the event to support the Haiti victims. Olivia is very active in the charity Artists For Peace And Justice and she recently said this about Haiti:
“Haiti has had a lot of trouble for a long time and people had become comfortable with forgetting about it, but I’ve been moved by the generosity shown from all over the world,”
We heard yesterday from “Tron Legacy” director Joseph Kosinski the recommendation that fans first check out the trailer for his December sequel in 3-D — it premieres it front of “Alice in Wonderland” this weekend — before downloading it next week onto smaller, flatter screens. Star Olivia Wilde could have checked out the trailer last night with some contingent of her fellow cast and crew mates, but she was busy looking beautiful on the red carpet at the 2010 Independent Spirit Awards.
“They’re all [going around] tonight, and going into all the theaters where ‘Alice” is playing, and watching the trailer and seeing the audience reaction, and running to the next one,” she said, the envy clear in her voice. I’m sad to miss that because it sounds fun, but I’ll see it at some point.”
It’s not like the involved players have been restricted from seeing their “Legacy” work in progress. Wilde just isn’t interested in checking it out… yet.
“I don’t really want to [see unfinished footage],” she explained to MTV’s Josh Horowitz on the Spirits red carpet last night. “They’ve been very cool about involving us in the process and allowing us to see stuff, but I kind of want to wait until the effects are in, because I want to be taken to another place just as the audience will be. I’m waiting for that moment.”
Olivia Wilde’s talks to join Jon Favreau’s “Cowboys and Aliens” adaptation must have gone well, because she knows an awful lot about the “Iron Man 2″ director’s intentions. Stopped on the red carpet at the Independent Spirit Awards Friday night, the “House” actress likened Favreau to a DJ and believes he’s going to be able to please everyone.
“Jon Favreau likes to describe it as a mashup — he loves mashups when it comes to music,” Wilde told MTV News. “So this is kind of a film mashup. I think that’s cool, and it hasn’t really been done that much before.”
IMAX theaters around the world were host to the all-new Tron Legacy teaser trailer, the culmination of a viral event that began last week with an international scavenger hunt.
Though New York received the trailer on Feb. 27, 2010 morning at 10am, beating the west coast by nearly eight hours, fans in Los Angeles were treated to a special double-screening of the teaser with guest appearances by Tron Legacy director Joseph Kosinski as well as the original TRON director, Steven Lisberger.
Opening with a surprisingly effective 3-D version of the green MPAA rating, the teaser follows with Disney’s 3-D Magic Castle logo which fades into a computerized counterpart.
